Paul Bizard's 2023 Savennières Chenin Blanc is a taut, mineral, sizzling wine that we absolutely love with pretty much any shellfish or seafood, especially lobster. We go crazy for top Chenin Blanc (especially in light of current prices for white Burgundy!), and this one's right in our wheelhouse. Sustainable growing.
