We've always loved the Sherry look-alike wines from Alvear in Montilla-Moriles, and they're almost always equal to the very best offerings from the more famous nearby region. Case in point is this saline, aromatic, bone-dry Fino that also functions as a great introduction to the wines of this extraordinary estate.
