Therese and Ryan Fessenden’s Anyway Wine project has knocked it out of the park with their first release of Riesling, sourced entirely from their Lake Road Vineyard on the eastern side of Cayuga Lake. Coming in at just 8g/L residual sugar, the wine basically drinks dry, with plenty of fresh acidity to keep the nectarine, mandarin and white tea flavors long and persistent on the palate.
