Arette's Reposado very obviously sees a minimum of time in oak barrel, meaning that what we have here isn't an Añejo in disguise, but a fine, delicate and perfectly poised drink of subtlety, understatement and grace. Don't let its inexpensive price or utility in cocktails fool you; this is a great spirit that is just as enjoyable sipped from a snifter!
