Bruna Grimaldi's entry-level Barolo, Camilla, is always one of the very best wines of its type and an excellent value, especially in top vintages such as 2021. It gives all the aromas and flavors of Barolo from a great vintage and offers a much earlier drinking window than the superstar wines that soar into the triple digits and require extensive cellaring. The 2021 Camilla offers up aromas and flavors of tea rose, sour cherry, clove and camphor.
The sub-communes contributing grapes to this cuvée are Grinzane Cavour, Raviol and Borzone, La Morra and Roere di Santa Maria.
