Sergio Germano tends to several classic Serralunga crus, but none are better than his transcendental Prapò. Firm, chiseled and transparent to the limestone soils, this wine in classic vintages is a 20-30 year proposition for aging. The 2019 is from an undeniably great vintage, and it showcases a richer, fruitier and denser side of Serralunga.
