As it should be, the non-vintage cuvée serves as the ideal introduction to the singular and exceptional Champagnes of Raphael and Vincent Bérêche. Their meticulous obsession with detail is evident even in the heavy, deep-punt bottle, and what's inside merits that special packaging; our current bottling is primarily 2021 vintage, with a tiny (under 10g/L) dosage of cane sugar. As with all Bérêche Champagnes, it's best enjoyed from good-sized white wine glasses, so that you can catch the full, complex aromas and richness. Non-vintage Champagne simply cannot be better than this!
