Bérêche's all-Pinot Meunier cuvée is the perfect Champenois expression of taut, berry-scented red grape, without the ponderous, overly-smoky qualities that can sometimes get in the way with Blanc de Noirs stylings. It's truly a gastronomic Champagne, perfect for sashimi, beef tartare and other "main course" meat and fatty seafood dishes. Disgorged May, 2026; finished with 4g/L dosage. 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay.
