Bérêche's all-Pinot Meunier cuvée is the perfect Champenois expression of taut, berry-scented red grape, without the ponderous, overly-smoky qualities that can sometimes get in the way with Blanc de Noirs stylings. It's truly a gastronomic Champagne, perfect for sashimi, beef tartare and other "main course" meat and fatty seafood dishes. Disgorged in December, 2024 with 2g/L dosage.
