The Alonso operation is fairly new, and this 10 year-old solera has been purchased from several almacenistas and is being fed by purchased mostos. However, the Alonsos' aging facility is at sea level and simply perfect for developing the signature almondy, sea-salty qualities that inform the greatest Manzanilla.
