Norwegian Jan Pettersen purchased Fernando de Castilla in 1999, and set about renovating and restoring the bodega to its original glory. As with all the Sherries in their portfolio, the wines are estate bottled, and the vineyards are farmed without pesticides or herbicides. The Fernando de Castilla Fino comes from the appellation's classic white Albariza soils and is bottled unfiltered.
