Marc Cameron, an Australian who was formerly export manager for Domaine Servin, produces this surprisingly complex Pinot Noir from the Kimmeridgian limestone-rich appellation of Épineuil. It's a fantastic representation of how great red Burgundy can be at the far northern reaches of the region! There's a cranberry-and-cherry snap to this wine and a fine, delicate minerality that makes it an instant match with an incredibly wide range of foods.
