Paolo di Marchi's exquisite Cepparello reflects the quality of the superior 2016 vintage in the Chianti Classico zone. This cuvée has been universally lauded by all the major critics and publications, and we are one of the few stores in the US to still have supplies. This is very much wine on the level of icons such as Montevertine's Pergole Torte, and as tempting as it may be to drink it now, put it away for at least ten years.
