Here's a rather substantial Cerasuolo di Vittoria (60% Nero D'Avola, 40% Frappato) that manages to remain very much in the light, low alcohol COS style. However, light and fresh doesn't mean simple and one-dimensional. Great with all kinds of vegetarian and Mediterranean fare. Organic.
