Philippe Chéron’s domaine- formerly known as Domaine des Varoilles- has re-released their spectacular 2017 Chambolle village-level wine, a spicy, exuberant effort that perfectly represents this exceptional vintage. It’s fashioned from roughly a dozen parcels and is rather gently priced, given the fact it’s entering prime drinkability.
