Sébastien Odoul was trained at both Domaine Dujac and Denis Mortet, returning in 2009 to take the helm of his family domaine. His 2021 villages Chambolle is precise and true to the appellation, with a lifted, spicy, floral nose and admirable heft and length on the palate. It's an assemblage from four different parcels in which the vines are between 30-50 years old, and 30% of the wine was raised in new oak. This is a new grower to the TFWR Burgundy portfolio, and we're excited to see what will be coming our way in subsequent vintages! Sustainable viticulture.
