Château Vignelaure stands in the Coteaux d'Aix as a traditional maker of pink wines, and they do the things it takes to make top-notch rosé, such as selection of fruit from 25-40 year-old vines, direct pressing (as opposed to the saignée method, which gives coarse, tannic juice) and aging on the fine lees for textural development. In terms of bang for the buck for rosé wine, you can't do much better! Organic.
