The Loire Valley's most famous sweet Chenin Blanc is also possibly its best value. As always, Moulin Touchais is the product of grapes that have undergone passerillage (raisining without the incursion of the noble rot, botrytis), yielding the purest, cleanest and most linear of nectars.
