The Catena family has entered the no-alcohol space with a flourish, with Laura Catena tasking the Catena Institute of Wine to come up with a sparkling beverage of real quality that would satisfy wine lovers. It's named after Elena Maza, the wife of Nicolás Catena, who enjoyed something lighter than a traditional apéritif before dinner. The wine, made in Spain from Airén, is brought to 0 alcohol via vacuum cold distillation and is incredibly fresh, lively and vinous...one of the very best zero-alcohol wines we've ever encountered.
