Our first wine from Extremadura at TFWR also immediately becomes our best value in skin contact (or orange) wines. Cayetana and Pardina are macerated for a month into an intoxicating, aromatic amber elixir that offers a pleasingly soft texture, aromas and flavors of spice and black tea, ample acidity despite the long maceration...and refreshingly little tannin. Kudos to winemakers Juan Sojo and Ángel Luis González!
