The Pallavicini family makes the definitive version of this classic Lazio white wine. Fresh, acidic (with that acidity countered by a pleasing, creamy texture), citric and low in alcohol (12.5%), it's the perfect wine for lazy summer afternoons on the patio. The blend of 70% Malvasia, 15% Trebbiano and 15% Greco balances the subtle almond aromas and flavors of the Malvasia against the citric/tart elements of the other two grapes.
