Grown in a rare vein of limestone that crosses northern Cayuga Lake, we consider this the definitive Finger Lakes Pinot Noir. And don't be surprised to find that it's very much like a wonderful Chorey-les-Beaune or Hautes-Côtes red: limpid in color and full of sappy, fruits de sous-bois-type aromas and flavors.
