Ute Londrigan, a native of Germany, founded Heimat New York to re-create the fruit liqueurs her grandmother and mother made during her youth. Of course, that means seasonal, pure, all-natural and intense liqueurs of the very highest quality. We cannot recommend her elderflower liqueur enough, and it's a revelation when evaluated next to some of the perfumey and generic liqueurs issuing from large scale producers.
