From the importer, Vom Boden: “I tasted this wine in February. I loved it. In a way it's not very 2015 - it's more herbal, almost weedy and subterranean, yet it also has great freshness. It's even powerful and structured, at least in the context of Kabinett Trockens. At ten years of age I feel like this is just coming into a great drinking window and probably has another 20 years. I tasted it again in April with a group of people including Collin. He loved the 2015ers which is a bit interesting as he's in general an acid-head like myself. Hajo's 2015ers do have acidities. Why? ‘Because I love my vineyards’, answers Hajo.”
