The famous skin contact/skin fermented wine produced by Giampero Bea and the nuns of Vitorchiano. This was one of the first European skin contact wines to be widely distributed, and it's still a reference point for the style. It doesn't receive as much skin contact as its sister wine, the Ruscum, which makes it a perfect entry point for the novice drinker to begin exploring this fascinating category. Certified organic.
