Josi Leitz brought this Spätlese in at a spectacular 76.6 grams of residual sugar per liter, but the massive acidity and incredible balance bestowed by the Magdalenenkreuz vineyard makes this a Riesling perfectly suited for a main course of rainbow trout, slow-roasted salmon or even a double pork chop. It's magnificently textured, opulent and quite forward at this early point in its development. Certified sustainable growing.
