Erin McMurrough's Little Clover project immediately wowed us with the 2018 Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Riesling, an impeccably balanced, low-dosage (0.4g/L) wine that showcases the superb old vine fruit from Lakewood Vineyard, which is the source of all grapes used by Little Clover. Based on this initial effort, we can't wait to see what future vintages bring!
