We're in love with the Bobal grape, as it renders dark, rich wines that tend to accept a bit of barrel aging well and offer great value. There are hints of blackberry, dark chocolate and aromatic herbs here, and the finish is admirably long and sophisticated, which is an indication of old vines and excellent vine health. Superb!
