To us, there's no more satisfying way to end a meal than with a bit of the Vin Doux Naturel Maury from Thunevin-Calvet. It's simply late-harvested, unfortified Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, protected from oxidation through its long slumber by nothing more than its formidable residual sugar and a vacuum-sealed vessel. It's one of the best pairings with chocolate you can imagine, and it's also fantastic with Stilton!
