Gianni Doglia crafts what may be the definitive Piemontese Moscato from his lovely, well-drained Asti vineyards. As always, it's low in alcohol (5%), lightly sweet, lightly fizzing and beautifully balanced. This bottling- from a multiple Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri winner- puts the many domestic imitations of real Moscato d'Asti to shame with the complexity and filigreed minerality that can only come from fruit grown in Asti's best exposures.
