Adam Tolmach’s entry level Syrah hails from two vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills and one parcel west of Los Alamos. It’s a great introduction to the Ojai Vineyards style, which balances the spicy, herbaceous exuberance of the grape with a polished, relaxed extraction and moderate alcohol. We always suggest this as a great wine for beginning an exploration of this iconic estate.
