The family firm of Gramona is famous for their top-quality Corpinnat, but the still wine they produce, the Gessami, is one of Spain's best. Jaume Gramona fashions it from 50% Muscat, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Gewürztraminer, and it's as complex and jasmine-scented as its name implies. There's only a tiny amount of residual sugar, and the zippy acids provide excellent lift and refreshment. Certified organic and vegan.
