Régis Minet's old vines (55 years, on average) cuvée always excites us. The aromas and flavors of flint- the very essence of Pouilly-sur-Loire are on display here in the kind of Sauvignon Blanc that cannot be duplicated anywhere else...even in the famous wines of Sancerre, just across the Loire River.
