If we were to claim a “house favorite” aperitivo here at TFWR, it’d have to be this brilliant Mexican take on the genre. Whereas classic Italian aperitivi (like Apérol or Campari) lean on bitter orange, Primo is based upon pink grapefruit and rhubarb. It’s both unique and uniquely Mexican in its expression. Try it in a Negroni, and you may be hooked for good!
