The family firm of Brunori was the first estate-bottler of wines in the Ancona province of Le Marche, beginning in 1956 by offering a full array of classic Verdicchio whites and reds of varying intensity, made from Sangiovese and Montepulciano. The Torquís bottling is a stainless steel/concrete tank-fermented red that bursts with bright, high-toned cherry fruit and can take a little chill. It's the perfect wine for warmer days on which whatever you're eating still calls for red wine. This is our idea of "glou-glou"!
