This 50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne delight from Yves Cuilleron expertly straddles the fruity/savory tightrope and is perennially our favorite non-Viognier white in the multitude of cuvées offered by this ambitious vigneron. Aromas and flavors of verbena, lemongrass and sea salt are united by a firm acidic backbone and just enough extraction to give a luscious texture and adequate weight on the palate.
