Philippe Vatan's Cabernet Franc from Château du Hureau comes from 15 separate parcels of young and old vines planted to the classic Saumur-Champigny tuffeau (chalk) subsoils. Those famous chalks give this wine a plusher, richer feel than many other more severe and structured Cabernet Francs from neighboring appellations. Certified organic.
