One of the most revered (and critically-lauded) Rieslings in Italy hails from the single vineyard of Peter Pliger's Kuenhof estate, high in the Alto Adige. There's lime leaf, green plum and razor-sharp minerality, married to a rich texture and weight on the palate that's the hallmark of this special vineyard. The vast majority of this cuvée goes to top restaurants worldwide, but we manage to wrangle a case or two from time to time. Superb!
