Südtirol Lagrein, Muri-Gries 2021

We love Lagrein for its dark, brooding intensity...but being an Alpine variety that grows best at sunny altitudes, it's not at all heavy or ponderous. Largely produced by the Benedictine monks of the Closter of Gries, near Bolzano.
