Gloria Mayr's Riserva Lagrein is simply overwhelming in the wonderful 2021 vintage. It's got all the richness, spice and Alpine minerality you'd want, but there's a lightness, restraint and subtlety that's missing in other growers' Riservas, which are now regularly topping 15% alcohol. This is simply one of the finest Südtirol wines we've ever tasted, and in our opinion, it's Grand Cru in every way! Organic.
