Fonseca's Tawny Port is a blend of estate and purchased fruit, and the processing of the fruit is aided by "Port Toes" technology, a kind of automated pressing that mimics foot treading of the grapes. As with all of Fonseca's fabulous wines, their Tawny Port is a nutty, caramel-tinged delight, with hints of fig and orange peel.
