Aldo Viola vinifies this Grillo in the popular "orange" style, but just calling it an orange wine doesn't begin to describe the rich, complex, balanced and ageworthy elixir in the bottle. All the mandarin orange aromas and flavors of Grillo are heightened here in a way that only master practitioners of skin fermented white varieties can achieve. Brilliant!
