We love Enò-Trio's fantastic Nerello Mascalese, but their intense, haunting Pinot Noir is an incredible expression of the wild, rugged north face of Mount Etna. While the wine's aromas are very classic Pinot, there's a riveting mineral persistence here that isn't a literal translation of volcanic fury, but rather an example of just how transparent Pinot Noir can be to truly great terroir.
