This is as lavish and forward as Ojai Pinot Noirs get, although the alcohol remains quite moderate. Several top sites (all cool-climate, as the label indicates), including Solomon Hills, Kick On Ranch and Puerta Del Mar go into this "villages" bottling that serves as a fantastic introduction to the style and weight of Adam Tolmach's Pinots.
