Anne Sery's Trousse-Chemise has made its reputation on outstanding Pinot Noir from cooler sites in Oregon, but in recent years, she's turned out an excellent, well-priced Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington's Horse Heaven Hills AVA. It's got all the blue-black fruited qualities you want to see in good Cab from this region, and there's surprisingly good structure and an aromatic lift provided by excellent acidity.
