"Basic" doesn't even begin to convey the authenticity and quality of this 60% Sangiovese/40% Montepulciano Umbrian gem. It's bursting with sour cherry, balsamico, herbs and meatiness...just like a spaghetti western trapped in a bottle. Superlative value here; organic, biodynamic, no sulfur added.
