It's typically dark in color and immediately reveals aromas and flavors of ripe plum, raspberry, lavender, black olive and hamhock...the kind of things we normally only experience in Syrah at twice the price! We always look to Lionel Faury for true-to-type, over performing northern Rhône wines, and this does not disappoint!
