Champagne native Brice Omont's Domaine des Ardoisières is one of France's most celebrated newer estates, producing an exciting, detailed range of Savoie reds and whites. His electric 2020 "Silice" (100% Jacquère) reflects the citric, sea-salty qualities of the grape and is made in the most hands-off manner possible: indigenous yeast fermentation, minimal filtration and only one gram added sulfur at bottling.
