This is, quite honestly, one of the best wines made from hybrid grapes that we’ve ever tasted. It’s pleasantly floral and citric on the nose, and the palate of pineapple and kiwi yields to a long, dry, acid finish. We’ve often encountered hybrid wines that smell and taste wonderful, but there’s sometimes a bit of a diluted quality and not much of a finish; the 2025 Weis Seyval Blanc deserves praise for being a complete, cohesive wine that other wineries diving into hybrids should emulate.
